Who are we?

We are a multinational company with a long history and extensive experience in the field of starter motor and alternator production. We started on the journey towards electrification and in the meantime we deliver to our costumers excellent quality products. Our location has one of the largest production volume of the SEG group and the Research and Development head office is also located here. 

In 2021, we have won the Office of the Year Special Award and II. place in the Office of the Year Corporate Category.

Where are we?

Close to Miskolc, just outside of the city, on the border of Szirmabesenyő. Our free company bus services take you to our gate, so you can get here quickly and comfortably. There is also a new bike path by the main road, and if you come by car, you can park for free.

What can you expect from us? 

• Our office and factory buildings are new, modern and comfortable.
• We work flexible hours, which means that we are in the office between 9:00 and 15:00, but other than that we organize our hours ourselves.
• You can work from home whether you have an office job or work close with production and labs. If necessary, everybody can work at least a few days from home. 
• As a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we have a good deal of meetings and regulations but all are necessary as they guarantee quality and timely delivery.
• Upon your entry you will be given an introduction plan so you can gradually get to know our products and processes.

What will your task be?

• Lead technical development and projects for BRM, alternator, and starter systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams including design, validation, manufacturing, and quality areas to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project schedules and technical performance.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and homologation of developed components.
• Support cost and performance optimization of systems.
• Report project status, risks, and countermeasures to management and stakeholders.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have Bsc/Msc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• You have gained experience in automotive powertrain or electrification projects, with a strong focus on starter, alternator, and BRM technologies.
• You gained experience leading technical development projects in Tier 1 OEM environment.
• You have good communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• You have fluent English both in verbal and in written communication.
